ABOUT US

 

Torwell was established in 2016 by Mr. Stanislav Ronis, a prominent businessman and international investor from Dnipro, Ukraine. Having evolved from a family holding office, Torwell branched out in 2023 from operational businesses to become an investment management vehicle fully committed to:

OUR INVESTMENTS

Newgate Investment operates in one of the most fast-growing segments of the Polish commercial real estate market – retail parks. The company continuously invests in and manages its own portfolio of real estate assets across the country. Also, Newgate Investment provides its partners with property management and asset management services.

COMFY is a leading Ukrainian company in the field of e-commerce and retail of household appliances and electronics. An omnichannel business model and a digital ecosystem developed by our team in Ukraine allows the company to confidently maintain leadership in sales volumes and efficiency.

Investments in hospitality are exemplified by Elysia Park, a spa and resort apart-hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. In addition to high-quality leisure services, we offer our clients the opportunity to co-invest with us in hospitality projects. Both our own investments and those of external investors are managed by our professional operational team, delivering an exceptional level of service to our guests and outstanding financial results for investors.
Other investments We continuously adapt our investment strategies based on changing market dynamics and specific portfolio objectives.

Our strategy involves optimizing the portfolio mix, actively managing properties, and leveraging market insights to maximize value for investors. Our pipeline includes existing and potential allocations across commercial properties, holiday rentals, industrial facilities and specialized properties.
